This Privacy Policy explains how BetPro Vault accesses, collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes user data for the BetPro Vault Android app and related web services.
Developer and Contact
BetPro Vault is operated by the BetPro Vault service team. For privacy questions, account deletion, or data requests, use the Help & Support option inside the app or visit the Account Deletion page.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, username, account status, and authentication state.
- Verification information needed for email OTP, phone OTP, Firebase Authentication, Supabase Authentication, and Google sign-in.
- Profile information, including profile photo if you choose to upload one.
- Transaction information such as deposits, withdrawals, balances, payment methods, saved bank account details, proof images, timestamps, and transaction status.
- Support information you provide when contacting support, including WhatsApp or other contact details if you choose to use those channels.
- Technical and security information such as app activity, authentication logs, device/browser information, IP address, crash or error data, and security events collected by our service providers.
Permissions and Device Access
The app may ask for camera or photo library access when you choose to upload a profile image or payment proof image. We do not collect location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone recordings, or background device data for advertising purposes.
How We Use Information
We use user data to:
- Create, authenticate, verify, and secure user accounts.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, proof images, payment method selection, and account-related requests.
- Provide customer support and send service-related messages.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
- Maintain app functionality, reliability, security, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share data only as needed with:
- Service providers that host, authenticate, store, secure, or process app data, including Supabase, Firebase/Google services, and hosting infrastructure providers.
- Payment, banking, or operational partners when required to process a user-requested transaction.
- Support channels when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, email, or another external service.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, valid legal process, fraud prevention, security, or compliance obligations.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS in transit, authenticated access, service-provider security controls, and role-based administrative access. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and transaction data while your account is active and as needed to provide app functionality, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations. Some transaction, payment, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may be retained after account deletion where legally or operationally required.
You may request account deletion from inside the app through Help & Support or from the Account Deletion page. When we complete an account deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account unless retention is required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory reasons.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services for authentication, database, storage, hosting, and support workflows. These providers may process data according to their own privacy and security terms when acting as service providers or when you interact with them directly.
Children
BetPro Vault is not intended for children. Users should not create an account if they are not legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction.
International Processing
Data may be processed and stored in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the app, you understand that data may be transferred outside your country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app functionality, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
