Account Deletion

BetPro Vault users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

• Open BetPro Vault and sign in to your account.
• Go to Profile.
• Use Help & Support and request account deletion.
• Include the phone number or email address linked to your account so we can verify ownership.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, we delete or de-identify personal profile data associated with your BetPro Vault account, including account identity details and optional profile images where deletion is not restricted by legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance needs.

What May Be Retained

Some transaction, payment, banking, proof, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, or regulatory records may be retained where required or permitted by law or legitimate operational needs. Retained records are limited to the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are reviewed after account ownership is verified. If additional information is needed, support will contact you through the contact method available for your account.
